We ship using UPS, FedEx or USPS ground transportation and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

USA, *Canada, *Alaska, *Hawaii, and *Puerto Rico

$9.00 on all orders $0.01-$24.99
$10.25 on all orders $25.00-$74.99
7% of total on all orders greater than $75.00

* Additional fees as followed:
Hawaii & Alaska: a $20 shipping fee will be added to your total
Canada: a $10 shipping fee will be added to your total
Puerto Rico: a $5 shipping fee will be added to your total

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of most items within the US. Please allow extra time over Holidays. Please allow extra time for international shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and OUTSIDE OF U.S. 48 STATES
Please contact us before placing an order because the size of your items will determine what the shipping costs will be to your country.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For returns or exchanges, we must be contacted first. Do not simply send the items back to us or you will void any and all return / exchange options. Personalized items or custom pet clothing, special order Items, Keepsakes, Cat scratching posts, liquids, and Dog Houses, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged. For items that can be exchanged (by approval), items must be in brand new, unused condition - NO EXCEPTIONS. For items that can be refunded, there will be a 25% restocking fee, and we must be contacted within 5-days after the date of your purchase. Store credit will be issued for other items. You must contact us within 5-days after your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred for exchanges unless we made the mistake.
